I woke one day to find that the skies weren't blue
no more, the green on the trees oh there gone
the red not flowing in my veins
I don't know what to do
I panic here in my room

So I rush outside to find that I'm all alone
the world as grey as the plain paved streets
the cars were piled like a junkyard
my eyes shed tears anew
the world was in doubt i knew

Now as i run i search for needles in haystacks
a missing piece has been hiding inside all along
